Pre-Orders
Pre-orders typically take between 2 to 8 weeks to arrive, plus our processing time once they reach us. Our standard turnaround time (TAT) is approximately 3 weeks. The additional time serves as a buffer for any unforeseen delays with FedEx and UPS, which are beyond our control. This cushion allows us to reorder items in case of lost or stolen packages, as well as to address any inventory issues that may arise.
Understanding Delays
Ordering from China can sometimes lead to delays, and we want to be transparent about this with our customers. This is an inherent aspect of pre-orders, as we act as your intermediary with suppliers in China. Please note that we do not issue refunds for products purchased on your behalf. In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit and will advocate with our warehouses if there are extended delays, but refunds are not an option.
Order Notifications
You will not receive an email confirmation regarding your order until it has shipped to you.
Partial Shipments
If items arrive in separate shipments or if there is an inventory discrepancy that requires us to adjust your order, we will ship the available items immediately. This ensures you receive what you can in a timely manner, rather than waiting for all items to arrive.
Combining Orders
If you order both pre-order items and in-stock items together, please be aware that your in-stock items will not ship until all pre-order items are available. We clearly categorize all items to help you navigate your purchases.
In-Stock Purchases
In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days after ordering, unless they are part of a bundle. Bundles may take up to 8 business days to process and ship.
